Seating / Sleeping

JCB Aero provide complete services for VIP seats and divans, new seats for completion or refurbishment for aircraft owners and operators. They offer foam shaping for cushions, armrest, seat base; manufacturing of covers made of leather, mix leather, fabric, as well as stitching. Modification solutions: passenger amenities include a selection of concepts such as iPad charging holders, USB chargers and lighting solutions.

JCB Aero, certified part 21J, PART 21G and PART 145, provide all adequate Engineering Modification to cover any seat modification.

Lining

JCB Aero provide complete services for VIP lining for completion or refurbishment for aircraft owners and operators.

Maritime

JCB Aero offers light weight solutions deriving from the aeronautical world. JCB’s innovation on light weight panels offer a 30 to 50% weight reduction. Utilizing their internal production workshops, JCB offer a high level of cabin interiors.

JCB Aero have been commissioned by a private sport catamaran team named Gunboat where the targets are sustainable materials, light weight constructs and quality finishing.

Defense

JCB Aero are working for several years in military cabin development. They have experience in medical cabins, cabin for maritime surveillance or helicopters for military intervention. For any potential projects, JCB Aero offer confidentiality, reliability and functionality studies.
