Aircraft Maintenance
At JCB Aero, we perform all levels of maintenance on narrow-body Airbus aircraft. Our maintenance services include scheduled and unscheduled line and heavy base maintenance activities on airframe and power plant; managing major inspections, repairs and modifications; executing original equipment manufacturer (OEM), airworthiness directives (AD), customer bulletins (CB), services bulletins (SB), avionic repairs, installations and upgrades.
Our hangar
Our 5,000 m² narrow-body hangar can accommodate three single-aisle aircraft simultaneously. While performing maintenance on aircraft, we can also manage upgrades, refurbishments and modifications during the same downtime period.
Auch-Gers Airport information
JCB Aero is located next to Auch-Gers Airport, providing clients with direct access to our facilities. The airport can accept intra- and extra-Schengen flights.

One-Stop-Shop
Our on-site workshops, combined with the maintenance services, make JCB Aero a one-stop-shop for all your aircraft needs. The facility includes workshops for computer numerical control (CNC) machines (3- and 5-axis), as well as composite, wood, laminate, upholstery, painting & varnishing, metal & systems and electrical systems & in-flight entertainment (IFE) shops.
Our fully equipped composite shop allows us to perform on-site repairs of all general composite panels, such as floor panels and belly fairing panels, as well as complex interior cabinets.
