Certification & Design Organization Approval (DOA)
JCB Aero holds an EASA design organization approval: EASA.21J.427.
The DOA scope covers STC (supplemental type certificate) for minor and major repairs and changes to:
• Cabin Interiors
• Cargo Compartment

Wherever the aircraft is, the modification can be implemented through a service bulletin with a proven experience of coordination and support by MRO’s.
JCB Aero can offer various engineering services ranging from a complete certified package “plug & play” using its own EASA design organization approval, to partial packages, where work is carried out under other certification bodies.
JCB Aero adapts its working requests to suit every special need: whether a project is built to spec, JCB’s engineering services can extend to offer partial testing and analysis before firm production OR JCB can build to print utilizing its own Engineering office and Airworthiness office, its team of CVE Engineers and high level of Project Management.
JCB Aero offer multiple STC engineering packages. The company has capabilities in multidiscipline engineering departments. Furthermore, JCB’s certification capabilities lie in:
• Stress analysis
• Smoke & Toxicity
